Femy Amin will stand as Animal Welfare Party’s candidate for the Mayor of London election while a party list of 7 candidates, a record for AWP, will contest the London-wide Assembly Election on 2nd May.

Amin, a healthcare professional, came to the UK as a teenage Afghan refugee and describes herself as long being motivated to create a fairer, more compassionate society.
