Animal Welfare Party held its 2023 AGM on Sunday 26th February. The party’s first hybrid AGM, the meeting took place both on-line via the Zoom platform and in person at The Crown Plaza, London Kings Cross. The meeting was recorded and will be made available to party Members in due course. AWP’s Committee of National … Animal Welfare Party is celebrating encouraging results in last week’s local elections in which the party stood two candidates: In Southend’s Victoria Ward, where AWP’s candidate Rik Moran stood for the first time, he received 105 votes / 3%. In Croydon’s Addiscombe West ward, where AWP’s candidate Saffron Gloyne stood for the first time, she received 155 votes / 1.6%.
