Animal Welfare Party is set to host an ‘Animal Friendly Easter’ Fundraising Dinner at The Coach & Horses, Soho on Wednesday 1st April.

After a successful EU Election fundraiser at the venue in 2014, AWP will return in a bid to raise final funds for the party’s General Election Campaign, one week ahead of the General Election nominations deadline in which parties must put down a £500 deposit for each constituency they wish to contest.

At our AGM on 23rd November, Animal Welfare Party members voted unanimously for the party to stand in the 2015 General Election. Details of constituencies and candidates will be announced in early 2015.

The Committee of National Officers comprising Vanessa Hudson, Leader, Louise Cobham, Treasurer and Jon Homan, Nominating Officer was also re-elected.

Political Animals Take to The Party Bus

Animal Welfare Party candidates and supporters will take to the streets of London in an open top routemaster tomorrow (Wednesday 21st May) to help spread word of their campaign to win a seat for animal representatives for the first time ever in the EU Parliament at Thursday’s EU elections.
